The hardest part of Foundation Training is keeping up the practice. However, regular practice is vital to maintain good results and a happy body. Our Improvers Classes are designed to help you stay on track – a class or two per week ensures your practice doesn’t fall by the wayside and keeps your body improving and strengthening.
Our regular online Improvers Classes are available to those who have learnt the basics of Foundation Training already either via Private Sessions, Workshops, our Introductory Course or the Online Streaming. All Improvers Classes can be booked either on a Pay-As-You-Go basis or by purchasing a discounted 10 class pass.
